BFS TRAVELS TO NEW YORK FOR AHPERD For 35 years BFS has been helping athletes and students develop to their best potential through proper training. Stressing perfect technique over more weight emphasizes basic alignment principle that lead to safe and effective physical growth. BFS is a total system which includes jumping, sprinting, flexibility and lifting to help every student learn what they are capable of and take charge of their own progress. Every child has the right to symmetrical development. It is our job as administrators, coaches, trainers, and physical educators to ensure this right. During these tough financial times, with program cutbacks, under staffing, and increasing class size, this job has become more and more difficult. To help alleviate this problem BFS would like to introduce OptoJump, a quick, precise and affordable way to evaluate movement.
