Currently in 2009 Bigger Faster Stronger employs over 35 coaches who will do about 300 strength and conditioning seminars this year for tens of thousands of high school and college coaches and athletes throughout the nation. They will learn the secret of reaching one's athletic potential without using steroids.

Dr. Shepard's organization also certifies coaches, graduating college seniors and personal trainers through a hands-on teaching experience to become Certified BFS Strength and Conditioning Coaches. In 2009, some 50 BFS Certification Clinics will be held covering every section of the United States. This means that several thousand coaches will know the secret of the highest level of training and then pass that knowledge on to their athletes.

About BFS

Bigger Faster Stronger has been helping athletes succeed for over a quarter of a century and has enjoyed 28 consecutive years of growth. These findings were incorporated into a movie called Bigger Faster Stronger
