As the Corona virus surges in states across the country BFS Coaches, Teachers and Athletes know that now is the time to apply the concept of "Be An 11". While much about this national situation is new your physical development program is not. At BFS we encourage everyone to take advantage of the FREE BFS home workout schedule to keep your young athletes improving as the year progresses.
In order to help our followers and customers maintain a healthy progression in their development and fitness we will continue to be dedicating this page to work outs that will help maintain and advance your physical education and athletic goals.
First we have week 1 and 2 plan - free for you and your athletes to download. All 12 Weeks are available now to take your students into the new year.
Note: This 12 week workout can be done without additional equipment!
Note: The BFS Home Workout should be implemented in a flexible manner. Sets and reps listed are goals for your workout and can be decreased for younger athletes or for those starting out. Remember in the the BFS Total Program you are only competing against yourself!
